Terms of Service

Inkoom lets you buy airtime and data for yourself and others, keep a wallet balance and — if accepted as an agent — resell on at wholesale prices. Prices on the app are the prices you're charged; they are confirmed on the checkout screen before any order completes.

Orders are paid from your wallet as you approve them. Network providers can take up to a few minutes to confirm, after which your wallet is debited and the recipient gets the bundle. Failed orders refund your wallet automatically. We don't hold money for you beyond what a wallet balance represents.

Airtime and data orders are usually final once the provider accepts them. If something goes wrong and the recipient didn't get what was bought, open a support request from the order screen and we'll investigate. Refunds are issued to your Inkoom wallet where possible.

Reseller tiers, commissions and rate limits are set out on the pricing page and the dashboard. Upgrades are deducted from your wallet immediately and take effect on your next order. We can suspend an account that submits fraudulent claims or abuses rate limits.

Each top-up reference expires in 24 hours if not matched by an alert. Send the exact amount quoted, quoting the reference — partial or over-payments won't credit. If a genuine alert doesn't match automatically, our team settles it manually from the SMS inbox.

We're liable for direct loss caused by our fraud, but otherwise Inkoom is provided "as is" and we aren't responsible for network outages, third-party payout delays or consequential loss.

You can delete your account anytime from the Profile page. That wipes your wallet and order history per the privacy policy. We may keep a record of a closed account if needed for compliance.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, and any dispute is under the courts of Accra.
